I’m Erin, also known as “ET.” The arts have been my lifelong passion, and I draw inspiration from everything around me. With over 17 years of experience in the design industry, I have successfully held various roles, including Graphic Designer and Manager of Publications for the Pittsburgh Penguins’ marketing department, and I currently serve as the Senior Manager of Creative Services.

As both a designer and design manager, I am always eager to take on new challenges. My passion in graphic design is with multi-page publications, but I embrace every project that I commit to with the same dedication. I am committed to continuous learning, creativity, and skill development to achieve the best results for myself and my team. In recent years, I have concentrated on enhancing my leadership abilities and interpersonal skills while looking for ways to streamline the design process for greater efficiency.

Currently, I am pursuing my Asana certification and leading the transition from Adobe Workfront to Asana as our project management system for the Pittsburgh Penguins. I have also gained experience as an Administrator in Workfront and have acted as a project manager.

On a personal note, I am a dog mom who enjoys cooking, art, puzzles, gardening, and traveling, as well as the occasional camping trip. I’ve set an ambitious goal to visit all 50 states in my lifetime, and I’m determined to make it happen!

Testimonials

“I was lucky to have Erin Tirpak on my staff at the Pittsburgh Penguins for 16 years. An extremely talented graphic designer, Erin also proved to be a dedicated, loyal, and valuable employee.

At the time of her hire, Erin's prior experience as a tutor in her school’s learning lab made her an appealing candidate. Over the years, her ability to mentor and support her coworkers at the Penguins with respect and patience was instrumental in fostering a positive work environment.

Erin could be counted on to take the lead on new projects and ensure their successful completion within a specific timeline. She has shown tremendous professional growth over the years and is ready to take on a leadership role within an organization.”

“Erin and I worked together on producing content for the Penguins game program – IceTime. We collaborated on several ideas for content, such as feature stories, player Q and As, prospect profiles and NHL-related pieces. Once the content was produced, Erin placed it within the program to her specific art design.

Erin is enthusiastic, highly motivated, organized and reliable. She has always conducted herself with a professional demeanor and it’s a joy working with her.”
